I don’t tend to feature engagement shoots on Whimsical Wonderland Weddings these days, but when these seasonal images popped up I just knew I had to share them with you this week.
Whether we are going to be treated to a white Christmas this year I am not sure, but these snowy images in the Peak District transported me in an instant to a romantic wintry scene. Couple Dom and Melissa are planning their nuptials and decided on a couples shoot with their photographer in the rolling countryside at sunrise. By pure chance it snowed the night before and the couple were treated to these divine results to treasure forever more. I really enjoyed getting to know this pair today, just wait until you see the full set of images.

“We met in a club and Mel was very drunk and lost her friends so I took her outside and bought her a pizza in an attempt to sober her up as it was the end of the night. It didn’t really help and she was so drunk she couldn’t remember where she lived haha. I ended up having to take her to mine and look after her for the night and took her home the next day.”
