Inspired by the unique elements of the Southwest and the golden sunshine over their home state, Kelly and Alex enjoyed a “California Dreaming” themed wedding at Sandoval Ranch & Vineyard. The Santa Ynez venue provided plenty of room for their teepee lounge, shasta trailer, and friends and family. From a Native American ceremony including the traditional wedding blessing to wild bouquets of bold colors, Kelly and Alex incorporated what was important to them throughout their day. We were looking for a venue that fit our vibe and “California Dreaming” southwest theme. A place that looked good “as is” but would also allow us to decorate it our own unique way. We love nature, mid-century modern, southwest, bohemian, industrial and wine. Our venue was a private ranch & vineyard that fit all of our needs. We were married under 2 beautiful oak trees with the vineyard behind us. Our BBQ dinner was outside under the stars and the dancing was inside the industrial barn. We brought in a giant tee pee lounge and a vintage shasta trailer (serving cupcakes).
