The groom was dashing in a sleek black tuxedo by Giannetos as he awaited Alexandra’s arrival at the church steps. Gorgeous floral arrangements of roses, chrysanthemum and lisianthuses created by Gourioti Flowers set the perfect tone for their romantic summer wedding. «I left Lorient in 2013 by motorbike and arrived in Palairos for a job of 6 months and I’m still here! I fell in love with Alexandra the first day I saw her walking by the seaside of the town. We met through mutual friends, and the proposal came 3 years later. I first asked my father-in-law (as per tradition), and with his approval, we went on a motorbike trip, just the two of us, to the monastery of Profitis Elias at the top of the mountain in Lefkas (the highest mountain on the island), with a view of the entire Ionian Sea? My life partner answered “Will you marry me"” by saying “yes,” with a beautiful sunset in the background.» the groom shared with us.
