Taking Our Party on the Road

Wine Tasting Bachelorette Party
I?ve been to a ton of bachelorette parties over the past five years and had some seriously good times. Open bars in NYC during Fleet Week. Rowdy house parties. Surprisingly, not one trip to Vegas (yet)!
Plans for my own bachelorette party didn?t materialize right away, which was expected since MOH R lives out of state. I was on the fence about having one anyway because I?m not keen on going out anymore, and the burden of planning a bachelorette, rehearsal dinner, welcome lunch, and a wedding by myself was going to be too much.
Enter Friend M, who loves getting people together, is a planner, and is an overall wonderful person. She offered to host my bachelorette at her apartment and plan everything for 13 ladies to take a wine tasting trip to Woodinville, Washington. I?m not sure if I can put into words how grateful and lucky I feel to have found a friend like her. We started our day at Friend M?s apartment, with an assortment of cheeses and pastries plus mimosas. I grabbed a few quick photos of the decor while we were waiting for everyone to arrive.
All photos personal
Pom poms and cute ?Team Bride? buttons!
Time flew by and, before I knew it, we were loading up the bus and hitting the road. I didn?t get any photos on the bus because I was busy catching up with everyone. And also soaking in how lucky I felt that even though I?ve only lived in Seattle for eight months, I had so many people who love and support me and Mr. Feather.
We first...
