Hi! It?s an absolute pleasure to be blogging for WWW again and lovely seeing all the new brides? posts. Sorry for the short sabbatical, we recently moved out of my long suffering Dad?s spare bedroom and my car had a slight argument with a wall so finances have been somewhat tight recently but we?re definitely back on track now and planning hard!
Before Christmas I mentioned the dress and I?m so pleased to let you all know that I finally made a decision. Soon after we got engaged I realised I really wanted a custom dress as I couldn?t find exactly what I wanted anywhere, think soft flowing tulle, full length sleeves and a little sparkle. I made a spontaneous appointment at a local dress designers after being drawn to a sequin skirt in the shop window, I?m a like a magpie for shiny things! The appointment was underwhelming and despite promising she could design the dress under budget I felt that we weren?t really on the same page.
