Hello!
It?s been a busy month or so getting a few of the outstanding ?bigger bits? sorted. Ed and I (along with my parents) visited Ed?s parents in Devon for a few days last month and had a mini-sprint of meetings with fantastic local suppliers along with some R&R down by the sea.
One of our meetings was with a prospective wedding videographer. From the beginning Ed and I were dubious about the whole wedding videographer thing – infact it was something that we had never considered allocating any of our budget to. However, having recently attended a friend?s wedding who had shared with us a really tasteful and beautiful video of her big day, we decided to do a bit of research. We knew what we didn?t want an overly self-indulgent spectacle, but something that we could look back at to see things that we didn?t see and to be able to share our day with those who wouldn?t be able to make the wedding. After a bit of Googling we stumbled upon Harry from Chestnut Productions. We viewed a couple of his videos and really loved the discrete and natural style of his film-making; exactly what we were hoping for!
