Inspired by classic yet modern detailing, this editorial shoot was meticulously planned out with the beautiful and ever-current lifestyle of the city couple in mind. The old world setting of the Belle Isle Boat House, overlooking the edge of bustling downtown Detroit, set the stage perfectly for an intimate spring wedding with one foot in the past and one in the present. A ballroom complete with heavy bas-relief and pale pink walls played the perfect backdrop to the clean lines of the primarily black, white, and gold color palette.
