Tim and Abi?s Laid Back Handfasting Glastonbury Wedding by Ian Jeffery
This morning I am taking you to sunny Glastonbury in Somerset. Our laid back couple, Tim and Abi, chose a relaxed day at Splotts Moor Farm, and filled their day with DIY details and home grown flowers. I love an outdoor ceremony as you may well know, so this traditional handfasting ceremony is a big thumbs up from me! They enjoyed a Ukulele band as well as a Ceilidh band. On top of this all of their, guests joined hands to dance around a maze straight after their ceremony. A really unique day, full of personal elements, all captured by Ian Jeffery.

Tim and Abi?s wedding took place on 17th July at the wonderful Splotts Moor Farm in Glastonbury. A quirky rural venue, with custom built timber marquee nestling in the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, you can?t really get a more picturesque venue.
Tim and Abi added their own touches to the marquee, including the flowers, which were grown in their little market garden, a lovely touch.
They did the official bit before arriving at the farm, so the atmosphere was relaxed and jovial as they greeted their friends and families together. Everyone was suitably relaxed with kids exploring the beautiful gardens, finding bugs and playing through the plants, and the grown-ups laughing and joking, enjoying the scenery, there was real sense of calmness and serenity in the air.
