Choosing to elope doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice family involvement. This Alaska elopement is proof. While Kimberly and Chris chose to host a party of two, they still found sweet and sentimental ways to include their loved ones back home. From the bride including pieces of her mother’s wedding gown into her veil to the groom sporting a picture of their dog on his pocket square, the pair made sure they would feel their family’s love from afar. 
The day started off with the couple’s first helicopter ride over the stunning mountain terrain. They then chose the perfect spot to exchange “I do’s” with the snow-capped mountains and crystal blue water backdrop. To honor their Filipino heritage, the couple incorporated a veil ceremony and their parent’s unity coins while exchanging vows.
