Getting a good amount of exercise when you?re trying to conceive is important to the process. Aim for at least 30 minutes each day of moderate exercise. This could be a great thing to do as a couple! Eat a Well Balanced Diet
Eating a diet rich in fiber, folate, and well rounded vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants is even more important than normal when trying to get pregnant. An abundance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins should be on your shopping list in order to be at your optimal health for fertility.

The less you stress when trying to get pregnant, the easier it?ll be to conceive.
