As some of you may already know, I in fact eloped (in our own kind of local woodland way) with my husband G back in 2015. So elopements and secret weddings hold a dear place in my heart; they certainly deserved to be showcased, celebrated and loved as much as a big wedding bash (which we also did on a separate day post wedding).
When these images were submitted to us, I of course fell for them hook line and sinker. Not only is the romance and intimacy of an elopement curated perfectly but I also LOVED the trendy wedding ideas and styling. Hello pampas grass and uber cool outfits.
Aside from the opulent cascading florals, I also adore the plum and gold calligraphy stationery, simple buttercream cake and the most emotive cinematic film by Christophe Mechineau. I really cannot thank Olivia Marocco Photography enough for sharing these inspirational images with us today.
