I am always so thrilled when wedding suppliers submit to me their beautiful styled shoots. Why" Well I have actually organised two in Whimsical Wonderland Weddings’ history and it’s really quite a large project to undertake, both in terms of logistics and creativity. A lot of hours, not to mention heart and soul are poured into editorial projects, so I always admire and respect them.
Wedding ideas like this set of images today, are created with pushing wedding trends and boundaries in mind, to help to inspire couples who are planning their own celebrations. With Ultra Violet being the Pantone colour of the year, purples and lilacs are making a come back and I have to say I am just loving the colour palette used today. Purple tones were used against blues and pinks in out of this world floral arrangements. I mean just check out the striking moon gate backdrop and the meadow style floor arrangement, wow! Alongside flowers by The Flower Girls, I just love the luxe gold leaf and velvet ribbon adorned cake, the stylish dresses, flawless hair and make up and delicate watercolour stationery. Which was all shot so beautifully by Captured by Katrina at the gorgeous Lapstone Barn. Enjoy it all lovely ones.
