A very warm welcome to Jake and Jess this morning who are sharing with us in their own words their “amazing, unforgettable and jaw dropping” wedding day. They were hitched on the 10th August 2019 at The Priory in Little Wymondley, Hertfordshire. I am really local to this beautiful barn wedding venue and have had the pleasure of attending a wedding there, so I can certainly see why Jake and Jess fell for the rustic and majestic charms of the barn and the surrounding countryside.
Although they wanted a rustic feel, they also envisioned a modern twist, a style they have totally nailed, with the rustic barn setting and the modern on trend décor and styling. I really love all the pretty blooms, magical lighting and the statement floral iced cake. Jess looked so beautiful in her Enzoani Mckinley gown, complete with lace veil, while Jake was suited and booted in Peter Posh with a contrasting waistcoat, such a dapper look. I am ever so grateful to be sharing with you these utterly wonderful images by Milkbottle Photography. What joy!

The Proposal
We planned Vegas for my birthday in 2017 but I secretly booked a helicopter flight into the Grand Canyon for a sunset lunch and champagne the day after my birthday so Jess wouldn?t think that it?s anything special when we landed we took a couple of pictures of each other then I asked another tourist if they could film me about to propose. Proposal date 30/11/17.
