All the industrial AND party vibes today folks courtesy of Helen and Skip’s brewery wedding held on the 13th April 2019. They were hitched at Holmes Mill in Lancashire, holding their ceremony and reception at the unique setting, which was just beautiful by the way. Their day was fuss free and simple, with a great party, food and drink! All the perfect ingredients for an awesome celebration.
Helen looked incredible in her custom made gown with lace sleeves and split skirt, Skip was suited and booted in ASOS, as were the bridesmaids in their floral frocks. Wasn’t everyone just so stylish" There was also an abundance of greenery, festoon lights and you’ll be glad to hear… cakes. Oh yes.

The Proposal
We were living at Skip?s parents at the time having sold our house to fund a year travelling around the world. Skip waited until they had gone on holiday to propose. He brought me a cup of tea in bed along with a beautiful custom designed and made engagement ring! He simply said ?will you marry me"? After 8 years together I said yes, of course! We then went away for the weekend to North Wales to a beautiful BnB, we walked, drank champagne and ate great food. The weather was great too!
