Who here?s in the mood to peruse a gorgeous London wedding this morn’" Bride Lonika Chande is an interior designer, so it?s not too surprising that she?s spent most her life fantasizing about her dream house, not dream wedding. When she enlisted Liz Linkleter Events to help design the big day, it was all about translating her love of color, warmth, texture, and pattern to her + Theo’s wedding. The result was a celebration that pulled in interior design, luxe décor, and the bride?s Indian heritage?all while managing to stay festive and fresh. Being 5′ tall, finding the dress was one of Lonika’s biggest hurdles in planning. They were all wearing her, not the other way around! In the end, she decided to look for the perfect cut, rather than tons of embellishments and lace. She opted for a Caroline Castigliano gown and paired it with the highest heels she could find?Charlotte Olympia Paloma pumps!
They were also on the hunt for long sleeve dresses for her winter bridesmaids. Preferably in velvet and jewel tones! These Reformation dresses were an instant match, so they had them sent over from here in the US.
