We’re hiring a full time art director/graphic designer to join our team at If I Made. You’ll be working directly with the co-founders, Emily Newman of Once Wed and Joy Thigpen, to shape the visual identity of an exciting and fast-growing brand.
Full Time Art Director/Graphic Designer
What your days will look like:

Working directly with the co-founders, Emily and Joy, to shape the visual identity of the brand.
Crafting an original micro-brand for each course we produce–everything from designing the actual course to the branding, web, and marketing materials.
Working with a small team to generate editorial assets and calendars.
Maintaining the integrity of the brand while always considering and presenting ways to move it forward. Immersing yourself in the market space to understand and identify opportunities.

3-5 years of experience working with a digital brand

Skills required:

Robust and efficient skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Proficient in Google Drive Apps (docs, hangouts, etc)
Clear, open, and empathetic communication
Welcomes feedback
Quick workflow, manages time well in a deadline driven environment
Hyper attention to detail
Strong layout skills
Ability to consider a brand from start to finish
