We’re married! Mr. Dove and I had an amazing day last week. It rained, snowed, and sleeted; the ground was slippery and wet; it was freezing cold; and some important family members were unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, but here we are, husband and wife. It was ugly and gross at times, but it was still the most perfect day.

We spend the last few days coming off the high that was getting marred, having our family here, and unpacking and organizing ALL OF THE THINGS. (Where does one put centerpieces afterward" Or photo-booth props") Our house is still a mess, Mr. Dove is back to work, and I’m back to trying to get all this stuff organized. I feel like our lives were hit by a little tornado and coming out from it after will take a bit! This last week has had ups and downs, and so much emotion. While there weren’t any big changes right now in our relationship since we lived together beforehand, having cemented my mister as my forever partner feels great. Hearing people call him my husband and seeing that ring on his hand just fills me with joy.
We have a bit of a wait till the photos are ready, and until then I’ve got a few more things I wanted to share that I was saving until after the wedding. We’ll be plodding along, sharing all that made our wedding day wonderful.
