I hope you had a fab bank holiday weekend. G was working but it was a busy one none the less. A had his birthday party, so I baked up a Star Wars cake of course, I can’t believe he is going to be 7! Ekk. Then there was the food to sort and the organising involved. I think it was a hit though, so that’s a relief. Sunday saw family popping in which was lovely, amongst some tidying and sorting around the house. I do love a good sort out. On Monday we managed to pop to a country show for a couple of hours. The boys enjoyed the motorbike stunts and fun fair, so it was a worthwhile trip.
This week I will be preparing for W’s second birthday and a family gathering. Whilst checking my emails for the gazillionth time to see if any house moving news has been forwarded on. Plus of course gearing up for going back to school next week. The summer has flown! I am loving the autumnal weddings popping up in my feeds, rich colours and beautiful light. Bring it on.
