I still can’t believe that it was our two year wedding anniversary this week. Not to mention our twelve year anniversary too. It feels like yesterday the pain of cancelling our first wedding and five years later the struggle of planning our actual wedding day. But we did it and I was only saying to friends at the weekend that I just love calling G my husband still. It makes me so happy, every single time. We were at a super fun hen do you see, so I was a little reflective of our marriage.
The manic beginning of September for us has now settled down. We seem to do everything this month. The children are back at school, clubs are in full swing, as is home work! But it’s nice to get back into routine and it’s business as usual. You may have seen a sneaky look at our new bathroom, which is so close to completion, over on Instagram Stories this week. We’re hoping to move into our bedroom/en-suite next weekend, squeal! We had a lovely chilled weekend of doing, not a lot. Just what we needed, A had his first football match of the season, we played, we baked, we ate and we just relaxed. Plus we took a walk in ‘our’ woods, as we do each year on our anniversary. Oh I do love the Autumn.
