Hello there lovely readers. I hope you’re doing well this week. As promised another personal post has popped up on my Instagram feed today, I feel all nervous, it’s been some time since I posted from the heart. But I really feel like it’s time to reconnect on a personal level and I hope it resonates with some of you. This week has been super busy again! At the weekend we did a car boot sale (never again!), I went to a glam Gatsby summer ball with my best girls, chased a bat around our spare room (yes really!), had our pink bath smashed to smithereens (sob and yay), our bedroom has been half ripped apart by G and I moved into my new office (squee!). Phew. We’re living in a home half renovated, half building site. Just when I think one room is sorted, another ones starts and everything gets moved into said room, making it feel totally unfinished again. We’re hoping our bathroom/en-suite/walk in wardrobe project will be complete in September. I’m sure it’ll end up far too close to November than to my liking though mind due. I certainly don’t have the patience of a saint, but having moved in 9 months ago I don’t think we’ve done too badly. This weekend I’m off to one of my best mate’s wedding and I am so excited. It’ll be totes emotional and of course just lovely to spend the day with G and our friends. Yippee. No plans on S...
