I hope you had a lovely bank holiday weekend. It was a rarity for us to be together as a family for the whole three days, as G works shifts. We had no plans, which was pretty nice actually, and just mooched. A’s bedroom carpet went down, so we spent a while sorting out his room. We hit the bathroom shops for our biggest home project to date and I think we have a good idea of what we’re going for. The roll top bath is ordered and the large minimalist walk in shower enclosure has just been delivered. Thankfully we’re away for one week in August while the builders get cracking, am I naive in hoping that we’ll avoid too much disruption" We had a lovely couple of BBQs, got the paddling pool out and frankly enjoyed the sunny weather. I have been totally loving all of the late Spring weddings popping up on my feeds. It’s getting super busy and so many couples have been getting really creative. I think it’s going to be a pretty exciting season. I hope those of you that are getting wed this summer/autumn are almost ready" We’re off to two lovely weddings this year, and I almost have one outfit sorted. I am actually organised for once hehe.
