Another month has whizzed by and here we are in March. I am so excited about Spring, my bulbs have started to bloom and I eagerly await blossom and cardigan weather. Happy days. February was an interesting one for me, as I spent the first couple of weeks recovering from gum graft surgery. The good news is though it seems to have been a success (fingers crossed!) and I am now on solid food . It sure has made me appreciate food again! I am hoping it was all worth it long term anyway.
Once I was feeling back to my old self, we bought a new family car and I love it. It’s been five and a half years since we have updated my car and we waved goodbye to my trusty Qashqai and welcomed a Volvo estate into our driveway. Oh how I love it, I am really appreciating my new wheels and my massive boot ready for our family holidays this year. February also brought with it half term and I managed to have a couple of days off with my little boys (A who is 10 and W who is 5). I took them to the Natural History Museum in Tring for an excursion out, although it was a bit of a nightmare with the weather and parking. I think (hope) they enjoyed it anyway. We also met with friends and did a spot of pottery painting, low key and lovely. With my new found zest for food we’ve also treated ourselves a couple of times.
