Hello April. One of my very fave months of the year I have to say. The month of not only my birthday but WWW’s birthday too. Plus that first glimpse of Spring; flowers, cardigan weather and lighter evenings. Yippee. I hope you had a truly lovely Easter and long weekend. It was lovely to all be off together for the four days, although our littlest was struck down with chicken pox, so we were stuck to staying in over the weekend. Although I did sneak out for a trip round town and G and I had a shopping trip alone… a rare occurrence. I spent the afternoon searching for the elusive perfect foundation, I am now trialling four this week, wish me luck. We also indulged in way too much chocolate, had an Easter egg hunt in the garden and a great big roast dinner and trifle pudding on the Sunday. Pretty perfect really! It’s now the school holidays and as a mum of two little ones off of school, it’s going to be a juggling act. I am hoping to be a little more flexible with my hours until they are back, so I can have some time with them during the day too.
