And just like that it was February! January flew for me, but perhaps that was because I had impending surgery on the 31st, of course it would fly round seeing as I was dreading it . So on Friday I had my dental surgery; a gum graft and as I type I lay in bed feeling worse for wear trying to keep up with my to do list. Thank you for your patience if I have been a little slower than usual in respond times.

So just what did I get up to in January" Apart from my pre surgery anxiety we had a pretty good start to 2020. We have been busy finishing off the downstairs shower room. It’s now fully plumbed, decorated and the extractor fan is in. Now we just need to get the finishing touches, perhaps a pretty print for the wall, a mirror and some storage. I can’t wait to have it all complete. Next on the agenda is our kitchen extension which is going to be a whole other ball game!
We’ve also been looking at changing my car, I’ve had my car for 5.5 years and it’s really done us really well. I can’t believe my little W was just a tiny baby when we picked it up. However I think its time we update it before more maintenance is needed and it would be super nice to have a car that warms up quickly. I hate being cold!
