Why hello there February! It feels as though January lasted forever and yet whizzed by in a flash all at the same time. Right"! I am certainly enjoying the lighter afternoons and the appearance of my spring bulbs in the sinks I planted in the Autumn. I think they will really brighten up our front garden in the Spring. Which reminds me that we need to start plotting out our new raised beds for our new vegetable patch, before we miss prime planting season. We’re focusing on renovating our house first though, with wall paper stripping almost complete and the plastering in progress, I can’t wait to get the walls painted and the flooring all complete now. We had a lovely weekend of it. We went on a day out to London on Saturday, we took the boys to the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum, which they really enjoyed. Followed by a Sunday of football, chores, walking and cooking. Perfect then really! Half term is fast approaching and I am trying to work out how to squeeze everything in already as I really want to make sure I have quality time with the boys too.
