To finish off the week we have this charming destination wedding from Alternative wedding photographer Paul Underhill. It’s a destination wedding but of a different type as the couple are actually from the Netherlands and held their wedding in the UK, due to a mutual love of our green and pleasant land. They held an outdoor ceremony and filled their lovely venue with beautiful blooms that added a beautiful and colourful touch to their English Country garden theme.
Our wedding was intimate, off the beaten track and a great way to bring our closest friends and family together.
Willemijn and Clint were married on the 19th June 2016 at the Walled Gardens, Moreton, Dorset. ‘We?re from The Netherlands, and we?d spoken about being married before but never really about what our wedding would look like. Both of us immediately thought of a small wedding in the U.K. We met while studying English, and we?re both absolutely in love with the English countryside. Planning a wedding from abroad is slightly more challenging, but in order to find the perfect venue we planned a two week holiday in the U.K. and visited all the locations that we shortlisted.
