I wanted something uniquely ?us? for our save the dates that showed off a little more of our personality since everything else for the wedding would be all pink, girly, unicorns, and rainbows. I may have mentioned in a previous post that Mr. Eel and I are obsessed with all things Houston Texans football and the NFL in general, and we take this seriously.

I was searching for unique ways to incorporate this into our save the dates and turned to the ultimate reliable source for wedding inspiration, Le Googlé. This is where I found a support group for other fanatics like us—not really, just their ideas for a football save the date. And lo and behold, a save the date that looks like an NFL football ticket came up in my search! This perfectly encompassed our fun-loving personalities as well as our love for football.
