Just listen to this: months before their engagement, they selected a gorgeous, conflict-free ring from Costello Jewelry at a Las Vegas gem show. Fast forward a bit, Jorge proposes to Rosalia on the roof of The Violet Hour, a thriving speakeasy in their home base of Wicker Park, Chicago.
