Bride Jenn has worked at Marchesa for over a decade, and has long been dreaming of having a custom gown made when the time came. Enter: a colorful floral, feather-embellished wedding dress expertly crafted by her own colleagues!

Such a beautiful dress! The bride explains, Eloping meant abandoning most traditional aspects of a wedding, but I still wanted ?the dress? no matter what! The flowers on the gown are hand dyed feathers and cut organza, put together with crystals in the center along with hundreds of dangling bugle beads. It was sewn together with love by all of my coworkers. I pictured this one of a kind colorful gown made with so much love with colorful Positano as the backdrop.
