«Adam and I were both living in London, him being Irish and myself Australia and were introduced through a mutual friend at the gym where Adam was working! We finally had a chance to go back and visit my family in Melbourne after 3 years due to Covid and it was there that he asked for my Dad’s permission to marry me. He had organized a day out at a winery with the help of my twin sister, he took me away to a scheduled area near a lake and proposed before joining our family for lunch and champagne to celebrate our engagement!»
«We wanted a wedding that felt very elegant and timeless, while still having a rustic feeling but with a slightly more modern theme. We also wanted to lean into the natural olive grove and nature around us, hence why we chose to have a white boutique with olive leaves, and natural tones in the wedding, whites, greens, champagne, etc, and also green suits for the groom and groomsmen as a nod to Adam being Irish. »
