If you’re looking for thoughtful details to infuse into your next kids party, this Hawaii theme party Sally and her team at Pretty Little Events threw for little Nola’s birthday is overflowing with them! Inspired by fond family memories at Lanikai Beach on Oahu, they knew Nola and her pals would love a little Hawaiian magic brought to the mainland. They transformed their venue, EvntFull in Fullerton, into a luxe pink tropical resort dubbed “Hotel Nola” and invited guests to spend the afternoon on island time.

Michelle of From the Bear recreated a photo of Nola taken on that Oahu beach for the birthday invitations. Her postcard illustration inspired the rest of the party, and guests RSVPed to the Shin Ohana to confirm attendance. Rosa of Valentina?s Baked Goods created the most darling sugar cookies using sea turtles, luggage on bell carts and other odes to a Hawaiian vacation.
